Today, I'm eating a bit late but am excited about my lunch. I had a bit of prep work this morning to grill the chicken but worth it!
Grilled Chicken Salad:
- 3 ounces of grilled chicken breast (I used a special seasoning for white meat)
- 1 orange sliced
- mixed greens with chickpeas, egg whites, avocado, bell peppers
- light balsamic vinegar
Prepared in about 15mins (including grilling).
